【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=보은군은 2025년 제1회 추가경정예산(안) 규모를 당초예산보다 305억원이 증가한 5,415억원으로 확정하고 군의회에 제출했다고 15일 밝혔다.

회계별로 살펴보면 일반회계는 당초예산보다 263억원(5.55%)이 증가한 4,996억원, 기타 특별회계는 42억원(11.29%)이 증가한 419억원으로 총 305억원이 늘어난 5,415억원을 편성했다.

주요 재원은 추가 확보된 세외수입 28억원, 지방교부세 69억원, 국도비 보조금 등 증가분 43억원, 2024회계연도 결산에 따른 순세계잉여금 등 보전수입 증가분 165억원을 재원으로 활용했다.

이번 추경안은 어려운 재정 상황 속에서 소상공인 및 지역경제 활성화와 군민의 불편 해소를 위한 예산을 적기에 편성해 계획된 투자사업을 차질 없이 추진하는 데 중점을 두고 편성했다. 

주요 사업으로는 △결초보은상품권 9억원 △소상공인 경영개선지원사업 1억 5000만원 △먹자골목 내 주차장 조성공사 2억 4000만원 △취약계층 생활불편 기동수리반 운영 2억 2000만원 △보은읍 시가지 생활권 주차장 조성 6억 5000만원 △생활권 등산로 정비 9억 1000만원 △교육발전특구 시범지역 운영 38억 5000만원 △보은군 연어류 및 스틸헤드 양식화 사업 6억 5000만원 △양념채소 스마트팜 재배시설 건립사업 20억원 △봉비~장안간 농어촌도로 확보장사업 4억원 △군도20호선 낙석방지시설 보강공사 2억 5000만원 △탄부면 대양리 비탈사면 정비공사 8000만원 등을 반영했다.

최재형 보은군수는 “민생 안정과 지역경제 활성화를 최우선으로 하여 꼭 필요한 예산을 반영하는 데 집중했다”며 “예산이 확정되면 지역경제 활성화를 위해 신속히 집행하겠다”고 말했다.
