【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충청북도보은교육지원청(교육장 전병일)은 15일 민원 응대의 최전선에 있는 교육지원청 및 관내 각급학교, 소속기관 교직원 70여 명을 대상으로 2025년 친절교육을 진행했다.

이번 교육은 친절 서비스 향상과 민원 대응 능력 강화를 위해 마련됐다.

이날 교육을 맡은 좋은교육컨설팅 김민주 대표강사는‘슬기로운 민원응대’를 주제로 △친절한 응대 태도 △민원인 유형별 응대 요령 △특이민원 대처법 등을 중심으로 실무에 유용한 내용들을 전달했다.

또한 형식적인 강의에서 벗어나, 퀴즈와 사례 중심의 설명을 통해 직원들의 공감과 적극적인 참여를 이끌어내는 등 교육 효과를 높였다.

전병일 교육장은 “보은교육가족 모두가 민원인과의 소통을 더욱 적극적으로 이어가며, 신뢰와 감동을 주는 민원 행정을 구현하겠다”며 “지속가능한 어울림 보은교육을 위해 모든 역량을 집중하겠다”고 강조했다.
