【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군 행정동우회는 15일 일손 부족으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 농가를 찾아 일손이음 봉사활동을 실시했다.

이날 정규흠 음성군 행정동우회장, 임도순 상록봉사단장을 포함한 봉사단원 20여 명은 음성읍 용산리 일원에서 복숭아 꽃 적과 작업 봉사활동을 진행했다.

음성군 행정동우회 상록봉사단은 찾아가는 칼갈이 봉사, 장승배기 동산 가꾸기 등 다양한 위민 봉사를 추진하고 있다.

이번 활동을 시작으로 본격적인 영농철에 맞춘 맞춤형 농촌 일손이음 돕기 봉사를 지속해서 실시할 계획이다.

정규흠 음성군 행정동우회장은 “동우회의 일손이음 봉사는 일손이 필요한 농가, 특히 고령의 농가주가 있는 곳을 우선으로 봉사활동을 진행할 계획”이라며 “앞으로도 다양한 봉사활동을 통해 지역 발전을 위해 솔선수범하겠다”고 말했다.
