【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도의회 산업경제위원회 유재목 의원(옥천1, 사진)이 신산업 중심 인재 육성을 위한 제도적 기반을 마련하기 위해 ‘충청북도 첨단산업 인재혁신 지원 조례안’을 대표 발의했다. 

 이 조례안은 전국 최초로 발의된 ‘첨단산업 인재혁신’ 관련 조례로, 충북의 첨단산업 발전과 인재 양성을 위한 새로운 전기를 마련할 것으로 기대된다.

유 의원은 “지난 1월 「첨단산업 인재혁신 특별법」이 시행됨에 따라 첨단산업을 선도하는 충청북도가 산업계의 수요에 맞추어 우수 인재를 안정적으로 공급하고 지역 경제에 활력을 불어넣기 위해 조례안을 발의했다.”고 밝혔다.

이번 조례안의 주요 내용은 △인재혁신 기본계획의 수립 △기업인재개발기관 등 지원 △위기업종에 대한 지원 △중소‧중견기업 지원 △교육 및 프로그램 운영 지원 등으로 구성됐다.

유 의원은 “지역의 산업 경쟁력은 결국 사람에게 달려있다.”며, “이번 조례안이 충청북도가 미래 핵심산업을 이끌어갈 인재를 길러내고, 지역의 혁신 역량을 높이는 밑거름이 되길 바란다.”고 밝혔다. 

조례안은 오는 22일 충북도의회 제425회 임시회 제1차 산업경제위원회에서 심의한 후 30일 제2차 본회의 의결을 거쳐 시행될 예정이다.

Chungcheongbuk-do Provincial Assembly Industry and Economy Committee member Yoo Jae-mok (Okcheon 1) proposed the ‘Chungcheongbuk-do Advanced Industry Talent Innovation Support Ordinance’ to establish an institutional foundation for fostering talent centered on new industries.

This ordinance is the first ‘Advanced Industry Talent Innovation’ ordinance proposed nationwide, and is expected to provide a new turning point for the development of advanced industries and talent cultivation in Chungcheongbuk-do.

Assemblyman Yoo stated, “As the ‘Special Act on Talent Innovation in Advanced Industries’ went into effect in January, Chungcheongbuk-do, a leader in advanced industries, proposed the ordinance to stably supply excellent talent in line with the needs of the industry and to vitalize the local economy.”
