【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=오송첨단의료산업진흥재단(KBIOHealth·이사장 이명수)은 지난 14일, 김제농생명마이스터고등학교를 방문해 김용재 교장 및 관련 학과 부장들과 간담회를 갖고, 고등학교 단계에서부터 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖춘 바이오 인재를 양성하기 위한 협력 방안을 논의했다.

 이번 간담회에서는 학생 대상 바이오 진로 체험 프로그램 운영, 재단 내 바이오 교육 인프라 연계 직무 실습 기회 제공, 교육과정 개발 및 교원 연수 협력 등 다양한 방안이 제안되었으며, 양 기관은 지속 가능한 협력 체계 구축에 뜻을 함께했다.

 양 기관은 이번 간담회를 계기로 실질적인 인재 양성 성과를 창출하기 위해  바이오 직무 체험 프로그램 시범 운영: 학생들의 산업 이해도 제고, 교사 대상 직무연수 협력: 재단 내 전문가를 통한 교사 직무교육을 지원, 중장기 인턴십 프로그램 마련: 우수학생 대상 재단 인턴십 기회 제공 같은 계획을 금년 하반기에 추진할 예정이다.

KBIOHealth 이명수 이사장은 “국내 바이오마이스터 고등학교 교육기관과의 협력을 통해 우리나라 바이오산업의 지속 가능한 성장을 이끌 미래 인재 양성에 앞장설 계획”이며, “우수한 잠재력을 지닌 학생들이 조기에 바이오 분야에 대한 비전과 역량을 키울 수 있도록 적극적으로 협력하겠다”라고 밝혔다.

On the 14th, Osong Advanced Medical Industry Promotion Foundation (KBIOHealth, Chairman Lee Myeong-su) visited Kimje Agricultural Life Meister High School and held a meeting with Principal Kim Yong-jae and heads of related departments to discuss cooperation measures for cultivating bio talent with global competitiveness starting from the high school level.
