【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도괴산증평교육지원청(교육장 우관문)은 4월 15일 10시부터 교육지원청 대회의실에서 윤건영 충청북도교육감이 참석한 가운데 2025. 괴산증평교육지원청 주요업무 보고 및 소통간담회를 열었다.

이번 행사는 괴산과 증평 두 지역의 서로 다른 특색을 반영한 교육정책 사업을 충북교육 5대 핵심정책을 중심으로 보고하고, 지역의 교육 현안 과제를 간담회 형식으로 진행하였다.

2025년 괴산증평 주요업무 내용을 살펴보면, 어디서나 운동장 사업으로는 소규모학교가 많은 지역적 특성을 반영하여 전반기에는 중학교 연합체육대회를, 하반기에는 초등학교 대상 어울림 운동회를 추진하여 소규모학교의 특색 교육과정 운영을 지원한다.

언제나 책봄 사업으로는 다채움 플랫폼의 채움책방을 활용한 1학교 1독서브랜드를 운영하고, 그 결과를 교육도서관 연계하여 지역 독서축제를 통해 지역사회와 함께 나누는 자리를 마련한다.

공부하는 학교 사업으로는 유·초·중등 공동교육과정 운영과 유보통합 사업의 초석이 될 유치원-어린이집 한마음가족운동회 등 학교별 지역특화 교육과정을 운영한다. 또한, 학습격차 해소를 위한 기초학력 향상 사업으로 정확한 진단을 거쳐 대상 학생별 맞춤형 프로그램을 제공한다.

모두의 다채움 사업으로는 학사 일정에 맞춘 다채움 플랫폼 활용 수업 지원과 채움수학 등 연계 서비스를 활용한 자기 주도학습 지원을 통해 다채움 플랫폼이 학생성장을 위한 교육 플랫폼으로 자리매김할 수 있도록 학교에 지원을 해 나갈 예정이다.

온마을 배움터 사업으로는 공백없는 돌봄을 위한 늘봄학교 운영하고, 지역의 어느 곳에서도 학생의 배움과 성장이 일어날 수 있도록, 지역사회와 유관기관의 연계 프로그램을 확대해 나간다고 밝혔다.

이어지는 소통간담회에서는 괴산과 증평 지역의 학교장 및 교감·원감 대표가 참석하여 지역 교육의 현안 과제에 대한 해결 방안을 협의하였다.

우관문 교육장은 “황새와 말과 달팽이가 같은 시각에 목적지에 도착하기 위해서는 각자의 특성에 맞는 맞춤형 지원이 필요하듯, 괴산증평 교육 현장 목소리에 귀를 기울여 밀착지원해 나가기 위해 노력하겠다.”고 말했다.
