【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군이 군민 중심의 행정 실현을 위해 전 직원이 한마음으로 ‘적극행정’ 실천을 다짐했다.

군은 11일 군청 대회의실에서 전 직원을 대상으로 ‘적극행정 실천다짐 및 교육’을 실시했다. 

이번 행사는 능동적이고 책임감 있는 행정문화 정착과 공직자 자세의 재정립을 위해 마련됐다.

행사는 퍼포먼스와 서약을 통해 △소극행정 근절 △관행 타파 △불필요한 형식 개선 △선제적 정책 발굴 등 4대 핵심가치를 공유하며 실천 의지를 다지는 것으로 시작됐다.

이후 진행된 교육에서는 행정안전부 적극행정 전담강사 임규진 사무관이 강사로 나서, 제도 전반에 대한 설명과 함께 현장 중심의 실천 사례들을 소개했다. 

또한 최근 행정환경 변화와 맞물려 인공지능(AI)을 활용한 스마트 행정 사례도 함께 소개되며 참석자들의 높은 관심을 끌었다.

군은 이번 교육을 계기로 공직자들의 창의적이고 능동적인 업무 수행을 유도하고, 실무에 바로 적용할 수 있는 실효성 있는 행정 체계 구축에 초점을 맞추고 있다.

더불어 일상적인 업무 관행에서 벗어나 군민 중심의 행정을 구현하기 위한 다양한 실천방안을 지속적으로 추진해 나갈 계획이다.

김은영 부군수는 “모든 공직자가 더욱 책임감 있는 자세로 군민의 삶의 질 향상을 위해 적극적으로 임해야 한다”며 “앞으로도 누구나 만족할 수 있는, 누수 없는 행정서비스 제공에 최선을 다하겠다”고 강조했다.
