【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=(주)광희엔지니어링(대표 이광희)가 25일 옥천군청을 방문해 옥천군장학회(이사장 황규철 옥천군수)에 1,000만 원을 기탁하고 이웃사랑 후원금에 1,000만 원을 추가 기탁해 총 2,000만 원의 거금을 옥천군에 기부했다.

이날 기탁식에는 이광희 대표 및 회사 관계자를 비롯해 10여 명이 참석했다.

㈜광희엔지니어링은 건설업체로 이번 기탁식을 통해 옥천군의 지역 발전과 인재 양성에 대해 기업의 진심 어린 마음을 엿볼 수 있었다.

이광희 대표는 “우리 지역의 미래인 청소년들과 어려운 이웃들에게 조금이나마 도움이 되길 바라는 마음에서 기탁을 결정했다”며“지속적으로 이웃사랑을 실천해 솔선수범하겠다”고 기부의지를 밝혔다.

황규철 옥천군수는 “광희엔지니어링의 이같은 나눔이 옥천의 미래에 희망이 된다”라며 “전달해주신 기부금으로 소외된 이웃들과 학생들에게 소중히 전달하겠다”고 전했다.
