이번 열람 대상 개별주택가격은 부동산가격공시위원회의 심의를 거쳐 오는 4월 30일 결정‧공시될 예정이다.

시 관계자는 “개별주택가격은 조세의 부과 기준으로 활용되니, 소유자가 관심을 두고 주택가격의 적정 여부를 확인하시길 바란다”라고 말했다.
