【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군은 극단 ‘청년극장’ 연극 ‘상설의 시대’를 오는 3월 29일 오후 4시 진천 화랑관에서 선보인다고 25일 밝혔다.

  ‘상설의 시대’는 진천 출신 독립운동가 보재 이상설 선생의 삶을 극중극 형식으로 풀어낸 작품으로, 헤이그 특사 이후 선생의 10년간의 독립을 향한 끝없는 도전과 투지를 보여준다.

  특히, 이번 공연은 이상설 선생 서거일인 3월 31일을 기념하기 위해 가까운 주말인 3월 29일에 개최되는 만큼 의미가 있다. 

  올해로 창단 41주년을 맞는 극단 ‘청년극장’은 △아나키스트 단재 △to be 이상설 △진천사는 추천석 △김유신 등 충북의 인물을 연극으로 꾸준히 만들어 대중에게 선보이고 있다. 

  지난해에는 신작 ‘상설의 시대’를 진천에서 두 차례 공연하며 많은 호응을 받은 바 있다. 

  이번 공연은 전석 무료로 진행되고 네이버폼을 통해 사전 예약 후 관람할 수 있으며, 미 예약자는 현장에서 선착순 관람이 가능하다. 

  10세 이상 군민은 누구나 관람할 수 있고 공연 시간은 80분이다.
