【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북도의회(의장 이양섭)는 12일 오후 2시 제424회 임시회 제1차 본회의를 열고 21일까지 10일간의 회기를 운영한다.

이 의장은 개회사를 통해 “충북이 나아가야 할 길을 함께 고민하고, 도민을 위한 발전 방안을 모색하는 이 자리에서 깊은 책임감을 느낀다”며 “도민의 삶을 지키고 지역경제에 활력을 불어넣는 것이 무엇보다 중요한 과제”라고 했다. 

이 의장은 이어 “지금 우리에게 필요한 것은 소통과 협력이며, 도민의 삶을 개선한다는 하나의 목표 아래 정당과 이념을 넘어 지혜를 모아야 할 때”라며 의원들에게 “집행기관을 견제하고 감시하되, 정쟁이 아닌 도민을 위한 협력과 해결책 마련에 집중하는 생산적인 의정활동을 펼쳐 주길 바란다”고 당부했다. 

이날 본회의에서는 2024회계연도 결산검사 위원과 (재)충북연구원 원장 후보자 인사청문특별위원회 위원을 선임하고, 충북도지사로부터 2025년도 제1회 충청북도 추가경정예산안 제출에 따른 제안설명을 청취했다. 

5분 자유발언에는 총 6명의 의원이 나서 △박경숙 의원 ‘수도작 대체작목 활성화 방안에 관한 제언’ △김현문 의원 ‘청남대를 국가정원으로 조성하자!’ △임영은 의원 ‘반복되는 입주 연기 날벼락, 진천 수분양자 고통 이제는 끝내야’ △박지헌 의원 ‘병원 간병비 부담 완화를 위한 지원사업 확대해야!’ △안치영 의원 ‘관광약자도 걸림돌 없는 충북을 바라며’ △오영탁 의원 ‘충주댐 수몰 40년, 댐 주변지역 지원사업 개선이 필요하다’를 주제로 각각 발언했다.

이번 임시회에 접수된 안건은 모두 52건으로, ‘충청북도 여성사 연구 지원에 관한 조례안’ 등 조례안 44건, ‘충청북도의회 위원회 전문가 활용에 관한 규칙 일부개정규칙안’ 등 규칙안 1건, ‘2025년도 제1회 충청북도 추가경정예산안’ 등 예산안 2건, ‘2025년도 제4차 수시분 충청북도 공유재산관리계획안’ 등 동의안 2건, ‘2024회계연도 결산검사위원 선임의 건’ 등 기타 안건 3건이다.
