【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=청주대학교(총장 김윤배) 산학협력단은 4일 충북C&V센터에서 충북 오송의 새로운 도약과 발전 비전을 제시하기 위한 첨단바이오 선도기지 오송 세미나를 개최했다. 

이번 세미나에는 충청북도 권영주 바이오식품의약국장, 한상배 충북바이오헬스산업혁신센터장, 청주대 홍양희 산학협력단장, 청주대 김진희 임상병리학과 교수 등이 참석했다.

청주대 김진희 교수는 ‘충북 첨단바이오산업 선도기지 육성 및 인력 양성 강화를 위한 전략’, 홍성웅 교수는 ‘첨단바이오분야 AI활용 사례 및 발전 전략’, 이상규 구글 클라우드 코리아 매니저는 ‘구글 헬스케어 및 생명과학을 위한 생성형 AI활용 방안’ 등을 발표했다.

또한 박병건 LG CNS PM은 ‘구글 클라우드를 활용한 BIO 연구플랫폼 사례 및 시연’, 이승민 마크헬츠 대표는 ‘첨단바이오의약품에서 디지털트윈 AI로봇의 자동화 생산시설’, 그리고 이순례 첨단재생의료산업협회 부위원장은 ‘개발사례를 통한 첨단바이오의약품 제조자동화 Data 확보와 AI기술 적용’에 관한 주제 발표와 토론 및 질의응답 등의 순으로 진행됐다.

 참석자들은 K-바이오 스퀘어 조성사업, 첨단재생바이오 글로벌 혁신특구, 바이오의약품 소부장 특화단지 등 충북 오송이 첨단바이오 산업의 거점지역으로 성장하는 기폭제로서 인공지능이 융합된 첨단바이오의 비전을 제시했으며, 이를 통해 충북 오송의 첨단바이오 생태계를 확장할 수 있는 방법을 토론했다.

홍양희 산학협력단장은 “산업계, 학계‧연구계 전문가의 집단지성을 통해 혁신성과 현실 가능성이 높은 다양한 해법들이 도출되어 첨단바이오의 새로운 역사가 오늘 여기 충북 오송에서 시작되길 기원한다”고 말했다.

 충청북도 관계자는 “오늘 세미나에서 제시되는 정책 제안 및 제도개선안이 실질적인 성과로 이어질 수 있도록 산‧학‧연‧병에 대한 관심과 지원을 아끼지 않을 것”이라며 “또한 충북 오송이 글로벌 첨단바이오 중심이 될 수 있도록 최선의 노력을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

In addition, LG CNS PM Park Byung-geon presented on ‘BIO research platform case and demonstration using Google Cloud’, Mark Heltz CEO Lee Seung-min presented on ‘Automated production facility of digital twin AI robots in advanced biopharmaceuticals’, and Lee Soon-rye, Vice Chairman of the Advanced Regenerative Medicine Industry Association, presented on ‘Data acquisition and application of AI technology for advanced biopharmaceutical manufacturing automation through development cases’, followed by discussion and Q&A.

Participants presented a vision of advanced bio fused with AI as a catalyst for the growth of Osong, Chungcheongbuk-do as a hub of the advanced bio industry, including the K-Bio Square development project, the Advanced Regenerative Bio Global Innovation Special Zone, and the Biopharmaceutical Small Business Special Complex, and discussed ways to expand the advanced bio ecosystem in Osong, Chungcheongbuk-do through this.
