【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군은 지난 6일을 시작으로 1월 한 달간 103농가에 599명의 도시농부 인력을 투입해 대설 피해 농가의 피해 복구에 총력을 기울일 예정이라고 밝혔다. 

군은 지난해 11월 27일~28일 대설에 따라 농작물 및 농업시설물 등 큰 피해가 발생했다. 

피해 유형으로는 시설하우스 및 축사, 인삼 및 과수시설 파손, 농작물 고사, 농기계 파손, 가축 폐사 등으로 피해 규모는 789농가(188.2ha), 225.1억원이다. 

군은 대설 피해 농가의 신속한 복구가 완료되도록 피해 농가에 도시농부를 투입하기로 했다.

지원 대상으로 NDMS(국가재난관리정보시스템)에서 피해 내역 등록 및 확정된 농업경영체이어야 하며, 도시농부 참여 농가(고용주)에 반드시 등록한 농가에 한해 신청이 가능하다. 

지원 내용으로는 농업재해 피해 복구 인건비 100% 지원으로, 도시농부 인건비(6만원), 교통비(최대 2.5만원)를 지원함으로써 이번 대설 피해 농가의 경제적 부담을 크게 덜 수 있게 됐다.

군은 오는 4월까지 전월 20일경 읍면을 통해 대설 피해 도시농부 지원신청을 받아 익월 도시농부를 투입할 예정이다. 

이의식 군 농촌활력과장은 “대설 피해 농가가 조기에 복구를 완료할 수 있도록 지속해서 도시농부를 투입해 적기 영농에 차질이 없도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다. 

한편 군은 지난해 12월 대설피해 130농가에 728명의 도시농부를 투입한 바 있다.
