【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도교육청(교육감 윤건영)은 10일, 도교육청 민원실에서 <국민행복민원실 인증 현판식>을 가졌다.

국민행복민원실은 행정안전부 주관 지자체, 교육청, 특별지방행정기관 등을 대상으로 민원 환경 및 민원서비스 등 4개 분야 7개 지표 25개 항목을 4단계 심사를 거쳐 종합적으로 평가하여 우수기관을 선정한다.

인증기간은 지난해 12월 1일부터 2027년 말일까지 3년이다.

윤건영 충청북도교육감은 이날 개청 이래 처음으로 획득한 국민행복민원실 우수기관 인증에 대해 축하의 말을 전하고, 현판식 행사 후 민원실을 방문하여 민원 담당자들의 고충 청취와 민원 현안에 대해 소통하며 격려하는 시간을 가졌다. 

또한, 지난해 자체적으로 제작한 민원 응대 교육 <친민정음> 원격콘텐츠 사례 동영상을 시청하고 상황별 특이민원 대응 요령에 대한 유연한 대처 방법 및 민원담당자의 역량 강화 교육에 더 많은 관심과 노력을 기울일 것을 당부하였다.
