【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군은 지역 주민들의 건강 수준 향상을 위해 2025년 ‘모바일 헬스케어 사업’을 본격적으로 운영한다고 10일 밝혔다.

  모바일 헬스케어 사업은 건강관리가 필요한 주민들에게 보건소 내 전문인력(코디네이터, 간호사, 영양사, 운동전문가)이 건강 데이터를 분석해 맞춤형 건강관리 서비스를 제공하는 사업이다.

  신청 대상은 19세 이상 지역 주민 중 질환이 없는 사람으로, 특히 건강 위험 요인이 많거나 스스로 건강관리가 어려운 건강 취약계층을 우선 선발한다. 

  선정된 대상자는 군 보건소에 6개월 동안 총 3회 방문해 신체 계측과 혈액검사을 받아 건강상태를 확인하고 건강관리, 건강상담 서비스를 받게 된다.

  참여자는 활동량계(스마트 밴드)와 모바일 앱(APP)을 활용해 자신의 건강상태를 실시간으로 확인할 수 있다. 

  특히 기존에는 보건소에서 제공하는 활동량계만 사용할 수 있었으나, 올해부터는 개인이 소유한 활동량계를 사용할 수 있게 돼 편의성이 더욱 높아졌다.

  참여 희망자는 진천군보건소 통합건강상담실로 사전 전화 접수 후 방문 신청하면 된다.

  김소현 군 건강증진과 주무관은 “지역 내 주민들이 손쉽게 건강을 관리하고 삶의 질을 높일 수 있도록 모바일 헬스케어 사업을 성공적으로 추진하겠다”고 말했다.
