【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군이 올해 상반기 ‘귀농 농업창업 및 주택구입 지원사업’신청자를 내달 3일까지 모집한다고 10일 밝혔다.

이 사업은 귀농 초기 주거부담을 완화하고 안정적으로 농업·농촌에 정착할 수 있도록 지원하고자 실시된다.

대출은 고정금리 연 2% 또는 변동금리 중 선택할 수 있고 상환 방식은 5년 거치 10년 원금 균등분할상환 방식이다.

대출한도는 세대당 농업창업자금 3억 원, 주택구입 자금 7500만원으로 대출금액은 대출한도 이내에서 대출 심사 결과에 따라 결정된다.

신청 대상은 사업 신청 연도 기준 65세 이하 세대주 포함 세대원 1인으로 농촌지역으로 전입한 지 5년 이내의 귀농인 및 전입 예정인 귀농 희망자다. 단, 귀농·영농 교육을 8시간 이상 이수해야 신청할 수 있다.

재촌 비농업인은 농업창업자금에 한해 신청 가능하며, 신청일 기준으로 농촌지역에 1년 이상 주민등록이 돼 있고 최근 5년 이내 영농 경험이 없어야 한다.

신청은 군청 3층 농업유통과 농정기획팀으로 방문 신청하면 된다.
