  최근 복합적인 경제 위기 상황에 따른 기업의 애로사항을 청취하기 위해 개최된 이번 간담회에는 최재규 ㈜에스피씨삼립 청주생산센터장을 비롯한 관계관 11명이 참석했다. 

  특히, 김영환 지사는 인력 부족 문제 해결을 위한 ‘일하는 밥퍼’ 사업의 성공 사례를 소개하고 기업들과 협력하여 향후 사업 확대 필요성에 대해 의견을 나누었다.

  김영환 지사는 “일하는 밥퍼 사업은 어르신들의 삶의 질을 높이고 기업의 인력 부족 문제를 해결하는 상생 협력 모델로 2025년에는 대한민국 전역으로 이 성공 모델을 확산시킬 예정”이라며 ㈜에스피씨삼립 청주생산센터의 적극적인 협조를 당부했다.

  또한, “충북도는 앞으로도 도내 기업인들의 목소리를 귀담아 듣고, 적극 지원해 지역경제를 살리는데 지속적으로 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

  한편 ㈜에스피씨삼립 청주생산센터는 가공 채소와 소스류, 음료베이스, 제빵용 필링 등을 생산하고 있으며, 2026년까지 1,030억 원을 들여 베이커리 시설을 증설할 예정이다.
