 새해 농업인 실용교육은 농한기를 이용해 효율적인 영농계획을 수립하여 고품질 농산물 생산과 농가의 경쟁력 향상으로 이어질 수 있도록 제천시농업기술센터에서 추진하는 교육이다.

 주요 교육내용은 품목별 교육과 현장에서 발생하는 어려움을 해결하는데 주안점을 두고 요즘 대두되고 있는 기후문제와 6차산업에 대비한 치유농업, 농산물 마케팅 전략, 신소득작목 등 16개 품목에 대한 핵심 영농기술을 다루며 제천시농업기술센터, 남제천농협, 한수면행정복지센터에서 진행된다.

 제천시민이라면 누구나 수강할 수 있으며, 별도 수강신청 없이 일정에 맞게 참석하여 수강하면 된다.

 시 관계자는 “2025년 새해 농업인 실용교육을 통해 농업에 필요한 실용적인 지식을 습득하고 체계적인 영농계획 수립에 도움이 되길 바란다”라고 전했다.
