【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군은 공직사회 조직 내 음주 운전과 성(性) 관련 비위를 뿌리 뽑기 위해 비위행위자에 대한 처분 기준을 강화해 시행한다고 8일 밝혔다.

군에 따르면, 공직자의 사회적 신뢰를 저해하는 부조리 행위를 엄단하기 위해 지난해까지는 음주 운전 비위행위자에 대한 근절 대책을 시행해 왔다.

군은 올해부터는 음주 운전뿐만 아니라 성 관련 비위행위자에 대한 근절 대책도 함께 마련해 시행한다는 방침이다.

사안별로 징계 기준에 따른 징계 요구는 물론 징계 이력을 지속 관리해 △6급 공무원 보직 해임 및 제한 △성과상여금 1회 미지급 △복지포인트 2년간 미지급 △각종 표창 제한 △국내외연수 제외 △휴양시설 2년간 이용 제한 등의 불이익을 적용한다.

특히 근무성적평정 시 2배 감점이 주어지며, 음주 운전과 성 관련 비위행위자에 형사벌‧징계벌과 별도로 사회봉사 활동을 하도록 했다.

이외에도 군은 공직 비위 징계 현황 내부 행정망 게시 및 전 직원 대상 청렴 문자 월 1회 발송 등을 통해 비위행위에 대한 전 직원의 경각심을 제고해 나갈 계획이다.
