【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=김진석 충주부시장이 27일 충주시청 국원성회의실에서 제105회 전국체육대회에 충청북도 대표로 출전하는 충주시청 직장운동경기부 소속 선수단을 격려했다.

이번 전국체육대회에는 충주시에서 고등부, 대학부, 일반부 총 12종목 22개 팀 124명이 충청북도 대표로 참가하며 그 중 충주시청 직장운동경기부에서는 배드민턴, 육상, 조정, 복싱팀 4개 종목 총 36명의 선수가 출전한다.

김진석 부시장은 이날 직장운동경기부 선수단 감독들을 만나 격려하며  "그동안 준비해 온 땀방울이 헛되지 않도록 컨디션 관리에 최선을 다해 충주시의 위상을 높여 달라"고 당부했다.

육상팀 안경기 감독은 "충주시청 직장경기운동부 소속이라는 자긍심을 갖고 남은 기간 열심히 훈련해 좋은 성적을 거둘 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다"고 전했다

한편, 충주시 체육회에서는 이날 전국체육대회에 출전하는 선수단 감독들에게 격려금을 전달하며 전국체육대회에서의 선전을 기원했다.
