【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=(재)충북테크노파크(원장 오원근, 이하 충북TP)는 한국여성과학기술인육성재단(이하 WISET)과 협약을 통해 충청권 과학기술분야 R&D 대체인력 활용 지원 하반기 사업공고를 오는 8월 9일까지 진행 중이라고 밝혔다.

‘과학기술분야 R&D 대체인력 활용 지원사업’은 과학기술정보통신부의 여성과학기술인 육성지원 사업의 일환으로 충청권 과학기술 R&D분야 재직자의 출산·육아휴직, 육아기 단축근로 등으로 발생하는 업무공백을 최소화하고, 대체인력 및 인턴연구원, 전문박사연구원 등 R&D 분야 업무경력 기회를 제공하여 여성과학기술인의 경력개발을 지원하는 사업이다.

 이 사업은 지원기업(기관)의 인력조건 및 활용수요에 따라 2개 트랙, 4개 유형으로 운영된다. 트랙1은 휴직하거나 단축근무 하는 연구자의 대체인력 인건비 지원사업으로 연간 2천300만원씩 최대 15개월간 지원한다. 트랙2는 만 8세 이하 자녀를 둔 육아기 연구자의 대체인력 채용 시 인건비와 전문교육을 지원하는 사업이다.

 학위나 경력에 따라 ‘인턴연구원’또는 ‘전문박사연구원’으로 구분하며 인턴연구원은 6개월간 1천만원을, 전문박사연구원은 2년간 매년 3천만원을 지원한다. 상반기에는 대체인력 채용지원사업 공고를 통해 충청권 10개 기업(기관)이 선발되어 사업을 진행중에 있다. 

 충북TP 오원근 원장은 “WISET과 협력을 통해 출산·육아휴직으로 인해 어려움을 겪고 있는 충청권 중소기업 및 과학기술인의 고용 안정화에 기여하며, 지역 내 과학기술분야 산업의 동반성장 생태계 조성을 통해 지역사회공헌을 실천하겠다”고 전했다.
