김명규 충북경제부지사는 이날 원장에게 임명장을 수여했다. 원장의 임기는 26년 6월 18일까지 3년이다

탁 원장은 한국가스안전공사 지역본부장과 수소안전기술원장을 지냈으며, 지금은 극동대학교 친환경에너지공학과 교수로 재직중이다

김부지사는 충북에너지융합지구 활성화와 수소 및 신재생에너지 등 에너지 분야의 우수한 인재양성은 물론 충북 에너지산업 발전에도 힘써달라고 당부했다.
