【브레이크뉴스 충북】임창용 기자=충북대학교(총장 김수갑)가 충청권 국립대학 간 자원공유의 장을 열었다. 충청권 국립대학 공동 교육혁신센터(이하 CHEC)에 따르면 11일 충북대 개신문화관 1층 회의실에서 ‘CHEC 자원공유플랫폼 런칭 기념식’을 개최하고 각 대학 간 지속적인 교류와 협력을 약속하는 시간을 가졌다고 밝혔다.

 

이 날 행사에는 김수갑 충북대 총장을 비롯해 참여하는 8개 대학의 총장, 교육부 및 한국연구재단 관계자, 각 대학 교무처장, 기획처장, CHEC실무추진위원 및 교직원 등 약 40여 명이 참석했으며, 코로나19의 확산 예방을 위해 방역수칙을 준수하며 진행했다.

 

 CHEC는 충청권 8개 국립대학 간 교수학습·인적·물적 자원 공유를 통한 참여대학의 경쟁력 강화와 자발적 상생·협력체계 고도화를 위해 지난 2월에 ‘CHEC 자원공유플랫폼’을 구축했다. 이 플랫폼은 CHEC가 구축한 시스템들을 통합 관리하는 대학 관리자용 포털 사이트로 8개 대학 간 자원공유의 기반으로 활용될 예정이다.

김수갑 충북대 총장은 “이번 학점교류 온라인시스템으로 8개 대학 재학생들에게 학점교류 제도 및 개설교과목 정보를 제공하여 학점교류 신청에 대한 행정 편의를 지원하고, 대학담당자의 행정절차 간소화를 위해 개발되었으며, 본 시스템의 지속적인 고도화를 통해 국립대학 간 학점교류 확대 및 행정의 효율성을 높일 것으로 기대된다”고 말했다.

 

한편, 충청권 국립대학 공동 교육혁신센터(CHEC)는 국립대학 육성사업의 국립대학 간 네트워크 활성화를 위해 구축된 협의체로 충북대학교, 공주교육대학교, 공주대학교, 청주교육대학교, 충남대학교, 한국교원대학교, 한국교통대학교, 한밭대학교가 참여하고 있으며 현재 충북대학교에 위치하고 있다. 충청권 8개 국립대학은 향후 CHEC 자원공유플랫폼을 기반으로 점차 단계적으로 학점교류·대학인프라자원·인적자원 공유시스템을 공동 개발하여 운영할 예정이다.
