이번 교육은 제9회 전국동시지방선거를 앞두고 공무원의 정치적 중립 의무를 재확인하고 업무 추진 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 공직선거법 위반 행위의 사전 예방을 위해 마련됐다.

강의는 충청북도선거관리위원회 지도과 최재림 조사2담당관이 진행했다. 

최 담당관은 공무원의 선거중립 의무와 선거관여 금지 등 ‘공직선거법’상 주요 준수사항을 설명하고, SNS 게시·공유, 행사·모임 참석, 선거 관련 발언 등 사례를 들어 유의사항과 행동 기준을 안내했다.

도의회 관계자는 “공직자의 정치적 중립 의무 준수는 도민 신뢰의 기본”이라며 “사례 중심 교육을 통해 선거법 준수사항을 이해하고 위반 행위 사전 예방에 만전을 기하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Chungbuk Provincial Council Provides Public Official Election Act Training for Staff in Preparation for the June 3 Local Elections

On the 3rd, the Chungbuk Provincial Council held Public Official Election Act training for its secretariat staff in the council conference room in preparation for the local elections.
