청주시는 △기관장의 혁신리더십 △혁신활동 참여 및 성과 확산 노력 △주민 소통·참여 강화 △민·관 협력 활성화 △AI·디지털 기술 활용 서비스 향상 △주민 서비스 개선 및 행정 사각지대 해소 등 9개 분야에서 최고 등급인 ‘우수’를 받았다.
