【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군보건소에서는 흡연 폐해를 예방하고 흡연자의 금연을 적극 지원하기 위해 2026년에도 금연클리닉을 지속 운영한다.

금연클리닉 참여자에게 △1:1 맞춤형 금연 상담 △금연보조제 및 행동강화물품 지원 △니코틴 의존도 평가 등 다양한 서비스를 무료로 제공하며 3, 6개월 금연 성공 시 기념품도 증정하고 있다. 

특히 기업체와 함께하는 ‘금연동행(同行) 프로젝트’를 통해 건강생활실천사업과 연계한 금연·절주사업, 내혈압·혈당 알기 및 인바디 측정 등 통합 건강서비스를 제공해 금연 사각지대에 놓인 근로자들의 건강증진과 간접흡연 없는 쾌적한 근무 환경 조성을 적극 지원할 계획이다.

금연클리닉은 음성군보건소에서 상시 운영되며, 대소보건지소는 매주 목요일, 금왕보건지소는 매주 금요일에 운영한다. 금연을 희망하는 군민은 음성군보건소로 문의한 후 가까운 보건(지)소를 방문하면 된다.
