【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북 영동군은 농촌진흥청이 주최하고 농촌인적자원개발센터가 주관한 ‘2025년 교육훈련사업 종합평가회’에서 농업인 교육훈련 우수기관 표창과 공무원 유공 표창을 받으며, 영동군 농업교육의 우수성과 경쟁력을 다시 한번 입증했다.

이번 평가는 11일 오후 농촌인적자원개발센터에서 열렸으며, 전국 각 도 농업기술원과 시군 농업기술센터 관계자들이 참석한 가운데 진행됐다. 평가에서는 농업인 대상 교육훈련의 기획, 운영, 성과 등을 종합적으로 분석해 우수기관을 선정했다.

영동군은 한 해 동안 새해농업인실용교육, 품목별 농업인 교육, 신규농업인 영농기술훈련, 농산물 가공교육, 안전재해예방교육 등 39개 과정에서 3,700여 명의 농업인을 교육하며 폭넓은 농업인 역량 강화에 힘써왔다. 또한 온라인‧대면 교육을 병행해 교육 접근성을 높이고, 유튜브 채널을 통해 교육 콘텐츠를 지속적으로 제공하는 등 지역 농업환경 변화에 대응한 다양한 교육방식을 적극 도입해 왔다.

이러한 종합적인 교육 추진 성과가 이번 평가에서 높게 인정되어, 영동군은 농업인교육훈련 우수기관 표창을 수상하게 됐다.

또한 농업기계교육훈련 추진 유공 분야에서는 영동군 김연승 주무관이 우수한 공적을 인정받아 표창을 받았다. 김연승 주무관은 농업기계 사용‧안전 분야의 전문적인 교육 지원과 농가의 기계 활용 능력 향상에 기여한 공로를 높이 평가받았다.

Yeongdong County, North Chungcheong Province, once again demonstrated the excellence and competitiveness of its agricultural education by receiving commendations for Outstanding Institution for Farmer Education and Training and commendations for Merit Award for Civil Servants at the '2025 Education and Training Project Comprehensive Evaluation Meeting,' hosted by the Rural Development Administration and organized by the Rural Human Resources Development Center.

The evaluation was held on the afternoon of the 11th at the Rural Human Resources Development Center and was attended by officials from provincial agricultural research institutes and city/county agricultural technology centers across the country. The evaluation selected outstanding institutions based on a comprehensive analysis of the planning, operation, and performance of farmer education and training programs.
