【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=제천시장애인체육회는 지난 11일 제천더그랜드컨벤션에서 ‘2025 제천시장애인체육상 시상식’을 열고 올 한 해 장애인 체육 발전에 기여한 선수와 지도자, 관계자 등 총 14명에게 표창을 수여했다고 밝혔다.

이번 시상식은 올 한 해 각종 장애인체육대회에서 우수한 성적을 거둔 선수와 제천시 장애인체육 활성화를 위해 헌신한 관계자를 격려하기 위해 마련됐으며, 최우수선수상·우수선수상·우수단체상·지도자상·감사패·제천시장 표창·제천시의회 의장 표창 등 7개 부문에서 수상이 진행됐다.

최우수선수상은 청암학교 역도선수 유우정이 수상했다. 우수선수상은 육상 이영애·최재규, 궁도 안원준, 수영 이종길 선수에게 돌아갔다. 우수단체상은 제천시장애인골프협회와 제천시장애인론볼협회가 수상했다. 지도자상은 궁도 이상노 강사가 받았으며, 감사패는 제천시자원봉사센터 박종철 센터장과 제천시장애인체육회 한효정 이사가 받았다.

또한 제천시장 표창은 제천시수어통역센터 이기란 운영위원장과 제천시장애인종합복지관 이명기 대리가, 제천시의회 의장 표창은 제천시장애인육상연맹 이현승 선수위원장과 큰나무주간활동센터 김현 사회재활교사가 각각 수상했다.

이날 행사에는 김창규 제천시장(제천시장애인체육회장)과 박영기 제천시의회 의장을 비롯해 선수·지도자 등 300여 명이 참석했다.

김창규 제천시장은 격려사를 통해 “올해 충주에서 열린 장애인도민체전에서 우리 시가 역대 최고 성적인 진흥상 1위를 차지할 수 있었던 것은 선수 여러분의 땀과 열정 덕분”이라며 “내년에도 더욱 건강한 모습으로 활약해 주시길 기대한다”고 전했다.

The Jecheon City Disabled Sports Association announced that it held the '2025 Jecheon City Disabled Sports Awards Ceremony' at the Jecheon Grand Convention Center on the 11th and presented awards to 14 athletes, coaches, and officials who contributed to the development of disabled sports this year.

The ceremony was designed to encourage athletes who achieved outstanding results in various disabled sports competitions this year and officials who dedicated themselves to the promotion of disabled sports in Jecheon.
