【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=청주대학교 디지털미디어디자인학과는 12일부터 15일까지 청주시문화산업진흥재단 동부창고 6동 갤러리에서 졸업전시회를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

이번 전시회는 ‘공( )명: 작은 떨림에서 큰 울림으로’를 주제로 열린다. 서로 다른 움직임에서 시작된 작은 떨림이 확장을 거듭해 하나의 거대한 공명(Resonance)을 만들어낸다는 의미를 담았다. 

특히 주제어 사이의 빈 괄호 ‘( )’는 앞으로 펼쳐질 예비 졸업생들의 무한한 가능성을 담는 공간을 상징한다.

전시에는 디지털미디어디자인학과 졸업 예정자들이 참여해 각자의 개성과 창의성을 바탕으로 디지털 미디어 분야의 다양한 작품을 선보인다.

청주대 장성복 디지털미디어디자인학과장은 “학생들이 만들어낸 작은 떨림이 이번 전시를 통해 사회로 나아가 큰 울림이 되기를 기대한다”며 “디지털 기술을 통해 세상과 소통하고 새로운 가치를 창출하려는 학생들의 노력이 돋보이는 자리가 될 것”이라고 말했다.

지도교수인 이종선 교수는 “졸업전시는 단순한 결과발표가 아니라 디자이너로 첫발을 내딛는 중요한 출발점이며, 비어 있는 괄호 안에 채워질 학생들의 미래”라며 “이번 졸업전시회가 학생들이 사회로 나아가는 힘찬 도약판이 되기를 바란다”고 전했다.

이번 졸업전시회의 오프닝 행사는 전시 첫날인 12일 오후 5시 충북 청주시 청원구 덕벌로 30, 동부창고 6동에서 진행된다.
