가장 눈에 띄는 성과는 단연 ‘증평형 행복 돌봄’이다.

군은 아동 통합돌봄거점센터 운영과 노인복지모델 확대를 통해 돌봄 사각지대를 실질적으로 해소했다. 돌봄 정책은 군민 생활만족도 도내 1위라는 지표로 이어지며 체감형 복지정책의 성과를 명확히 보여줬다.

탄소중립과 디지털 인프라를 통한 스마트 그린시티 조성도 주요 성과로 꼽혔다.

스마트 횡단보도·지능형 CCTV·스마트 쉼터 등 생활밀착형 스마트 인프라를 확충해 안전과 편의를 동시에 높였고, 이 같은 변화는 보행만족도 도내 1위라는 결과로 돌아오며 도시 경쟁력 향상으로 이어졌다.

행정력 분야에서는 주민 참여가 빛을 발했다.
