군은 ‘2025년 충북형 도시근로자 사업' 시군 성과 평가에서 3위를 기록하며, 11일 청주 오스코에서 열린 지역상생일자리 시상식에서 우수기관 표창을 받았다.

올해 군은 증평군일자리종합지원센터를 수행기관으로 지정해 사업을 추진했으며, 총 50개소(기업 11, 소상공인 39)에 유휴인력 1만5391명을 연계해 인력난 해소와 고용창출에 실질적인 성과를 거뒀다.

특히 적극적인 상담 연계를 통해 도시근로자 참여자 일부가 정규직으로 전환되는 등 단기 인력지원에 그치지 않고 지역 고용의 안정성 제고에 기여한 점이 높은 평가를 받았다.

신영석 경제기업과장은 “앞으로도 인력난과 인건비 부담으로 어려움을 겪는 중소기업과 소상공인에게 실질적인 도움이 되는 일자리 정책을 추진해 나가겠다”며 “지역 고용안정과 경제 활성화를 위해 군이 적극적인 역할을 해 나갈 것”이라고 밝혔다.

Jeungpyeong County, North Chungcheong Province, has been selected as an Outstanding Local Employment Institution by North Chungcheong Province, securing a special adjustment grant of 50 million won.

The county ranked third in the city/county performance evaluation of the "2025 Chungbuk Urban Worker Project" and received a commendation for its outstanding organization at the Local Employment Institution Awards Ceremony held at Osco in Cheongju on the 11th.

This year, the county designated the Jeungpyeong County Job Support Center as the implementing agency for the project.
