【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군보건소는 음성군가족센터와 연계해 결혼이민자 및 다문화인을 대상으로 한의약 건강증진 프로그램인 ‘한방다통교실’을 운영, 높은 만족 속에 성공적으로 마무리했다고 밝혔다.

한방다통교실은 결혼이민자와 다문화인의 건강한 정착과 삶의 질 향상을 지원하기 위해 기획됐으며, 지난 18일 음성군가족센터에서 20명의 결혼이민자·다문화인이 참여한 가운데 진행됐다.

이번 프로그램은 △한의약 소개 △경혈지압법 교육 △한방 아로마테라피 체험 △설문조사 등 이론교육과 실습·체험을 병행한 내용으로 구성됐다.

설문조사 결과, 참여자들의 한의약 인지율은 프로그램 전·후 비교 시 71.5% 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 사업 만족도 조사에서는 ‘매우 만족’이 91.7%, ‘만족’이 8.3%로 응답자 전원이 프로그램에 대해 긍정적인 평가를 내렸다.

또한 내년 주요 관심 주제로는 ‘만성질환 건강관리’와 ‘여성건강관리’가 우선순위가 높게 나타났으며, 선호 활동으로는 ‘한방기초화장품 만들기’가 가장 많은 응답을 차지했다.

군 보건소는 설문조사 의견을 반영해 한방기초화장품 만들기 등 실습·체험형 한의약 프로그램을 다양하게 운영할 계획이다.

구미숙 보건소장은 “이번 프로그램을 통해 결혼이민자와 다문화인들이 한의약을 더욱 친숙하게 접하고, 스스로 건강을 돌볼 수 있는 계기가 됐다”며 “앞으로도 유관기관과 긴밀히 협력해 외국인·다문화인을 위한 맞춤형 한의약 건강증진사업을 지속적으로 확대·추진해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
