  박 원장은 “29년간의 공직 경험을 통해 형성된 중앙정부와 지역 간 네트워크를 최대한 활용해, 지역 수요에 부합하는 정부 사업을 적극 유치하고 반도체·이차전지 등 첨단전략 산업의 AI·디지털 전환을 선도하겠다”고 밝혔다.

  김영환 지사는 “충북TP는 지역 전략산업의 중심축으로, 충북의 미래산업 경쟁력을 좌우하는 핵심 기관”이라면서, “풍부한 행정 경험과 전문성을 바탕으로 충북TP를 전국 최고 수준의 혁신기관으로 도약시켜 주길 바란다”고 당부했다.

  한편, 박 신임 원장은 7월 충북도의회 인사청문회와 중소벤처기업부 장관 면담 등 검증 절차를 거쳐 최종 임명되었으며, 임기는 오는 9월 1일부터 2년간이다.
