이날 연수에서 단양교육지원청 김은지 보건급식팀장의‘학교급식 식중독 예방 관리’강의로 실질적인 위생관리 방안을 공유하고, 충청북도교육청 체육건강안전과 윤혜정 장학사의‘함께 만드는 건강한 미래’강의를 통해 음식물 폐기물 줄이기 실천 방안에 대해 함께 고민하는 시간을 가졌으며, 이어서 그림책 작가 김미자 강사의‘그림책으로 하는 마음 관리’강의를 통해 급식관계자들이 스스로를 돌아보고 재충전할 수 있는 뜻깊은 시간을 가졌다.
