먼저 옥천읍은 집중 신청 기간 동안 서대리, 가풍리 등 43개 마을과 청산원·영생원 등 복지시설을 직접 방문해 읍내 대상자 92%가 신청했다.

안내면 역시 안내면장과 직원들이 관내 모든 경로당을 직접 찾아 신청서 작성을 도와현재까지 약 90여 명이 신청을 마쳤다. 특히 지난 28일에는 율티 경로당을 방문해 혈압·혈당 측정과 건강 상담도 병행하며 어르신들의 건강까지 세심히 챙겼다.
