【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군은 오는 8월 8일부터 2일간 충북혁신도시 두레봉 공원에서‘2025 진천 워터 맥주 축제’를 개최한다고 30일 밝혔다.

  이번 축제는 그간 진천읍 중심의 축제에서 벗어나 새로운 시도로 충북혁신도시 주민에게 풍성한 즐길 거리와 공연과 체험 콘텐츠를 제공하기 위해 마련됐으며, 주민 모두가 화합할 수 있는 축제를 선보일 계획이다.

  축제 개최일인 8월 8일에는 △버스킹 공연 △워터밤(물총놀이 등) △개막식(기념 퍼포먼스) △초청 가수 공연(가수 짜이, 추혁진 출연)이 진행되고, 8월 9일에는 △버블쇼 △워터밤(물총놀이 등) △레크레이션 과 이벤트 △DJ 쇼 등 다채로운 공연이 진행될 예정이다.

  특히, 워터밤 행사는 도내에서 처음 선보이는 콘텐츠로, 축제 기간 중 오후 5시부터 6시 30분까지 두레봉 공원 앞 도로 일부 구간을 차단하고, 물총놀이와 물 폭탄 놀이를 즐길 수 있으며 물총을 가지고 오면 누구나 참여할 수 있다.

  맥주 부스에서는 수제 맥주 등 다양한 마실 거리와 먹거리를 선보일 예정이며, 축제의 재미를 더하기 위해 플리마켓과 체험부스도 축제 기간 중 상시 운영된다.
