【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군은 사단법인 약침학회 굿닥터스나눔단(단장 강인정)과 함께 이달부터 10월까지 총 3차례에 걸쳐 한의의료와 정서 지원 등의 봉사활동을 진행한다고 밝혔다. 

이번 봉사활동은 △7월 6일 증평스포츠센터 △9월 14일 죽리초등학교 △10월 19일 도안초등학교에서 순차적으로 진행된다. 

전문 한의사들로 구성된 굿닥터스나눔단이 약침과 침 시술 중심의 한의 진료는 물론, 일상생활에 유용한 한방과립제와 파스 등도 무상 제공할 계획이다.

이와 함께 지역 봉사 네트워크를 연계한 ‘파우치 꾸미기’ ‘네일아트’ 등 생활 속 맞춤형 프로그램도 운영돼 주민들에게 더 따뜻하고 풍성한 시간을 선사할 예정이다.

굿닥터스나눔단의 봉사활동은 매년 수준 높은 진료와 섬세한 배려로 주민들에게 큰 호응을 얻고 있으며, 지난해에도 700여 명의 주민이 참여해 높은 만족도를 보인 바 있다.

군은 마을 이장을 통한 마을방송, 주민 대면 홍보 등을 통해 참여를 유도하고 있으며, 대기시간 단축과 휴식공간 확보 등 행정적 지원도 아끼지 않을 방침이다.

염미숙 농업유통과장은 “굿닥터스나눔단은 전국에서도 손꼽히는 실력 있는 한의사들로 구성된 단체”라며 “증평에서 고품격 한방 의료서비스를 받을 수 있는 소중한 기회인 만큼 많은 주민이 함께하시길 바란다”고 말했다.

한편, 굿닥터스나눔단은 과학기술정보통신부 산하 (사)약침학회 소속 재능나눔 조직으로, 전국 1000여 명의 회원이 활동 중이며, 군은 지난 2016년부터 매년 봄·가을 농촌지역을 중심으로 한의 봉사활동을 이어오며, 지역 어르신과 취약계층 건강증진에 기여하고 있다.
