【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북 괴산군(군수 송인헌)은 3일 괴산문화예술회관 대강당에서 일반음식점 기존영업자 500여 명을 대상으로 ‘2025년도 식품위생교육’을 실시했다.

이번 교육은 식품위생법 제41조에 따라 일반음식점 영업자가 반드시 이수해야 하는 법정 의무교육으로, 사단법인 한국외식업중앙회 충북지회 괴산군지부 주관으로 진행됐다.

이날 교육은 기존의 강의 형식을 탈피해 뮤지컬 공연 ‘맛자랑 양심자랑’을 통해 식품위생에 대한 주요 내용을 쉽고 재미있게 전달해 큰 호응을 얻었다.

공연은 위생등급제에 참여한 영업주들의 장기자랑을 중심으로 식품용 조리기구 사용, 위생적 배달문화 정착, 식중독 예방 등 위생관리 내용을 코믹한 연기와 위트 있는 대사로 구성해 교육 효과를 높였다.

송인헌 군수는 “청결한 위생 환경, 맛있는 음식, 친절한 서비스가 조화를 이루어야 괴산이 음식관광지로 거듭날 수 있다”며 “앞으로도 군민과 방문객 모두가 안심하고 식사할 수 있는 위생문화 조성을 위해 지속적으로 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.
