【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=옥천군이 인구감소 대응과 출산·양육 부담 완화를 위한 다태아 출산가정 조제분유 구입비 지원사업과 4자녀 가정 지원사업을 본격 시행한다.

군은 난임 시술 증가 등으로 다태아 출생이 늘어나는 현실을 반영해 기준중위소득 120% 이하의 다태아 출산가정을 대상으로 조제분유 구입비를 지원하는 사업을 시작했다. 12개월 이하 영아 1인당 월 최대 10만 원, 연 최대 120만 원 한도 내에서 실구매액을 정산·지급하며 최근 쌍둥이를 출산한 가정에 첫 지원금을 지급했다. 

신청은 ‘충북가치자람’ 홈페이지를 통해 상시 가능하다. 

또한, 옥천군은 지난해부터 시행 중인‘초 다자녀 가정 지원사업(5자녀 이상)’에서 소외됐던 4자녀 가정을 위한 신규 지원사업도 추진한다. 이 사업은 18세 이하 자녀를 둔 4자녀 가정에 연 100만 원을 지원하는 것으로 오는 7월 7일까지 주소지 읍·면 행정복지센터에서 신청할 수 있다.

황규철 옥천군수는 “출산과 양육 부담을 덜고 다양한 가족을 포용하는 지원을 확대해 나가겠다”며 “앞으로도 군민이 체감할 수 있는 실효성 있는 인구정책을 지속적으로 추진하겠다”고 밝혔다.

군은 이외에도 결혼정착금, 전입장려금, 초 다자녀 가정 지원, 결혼비용‧출산가정 대출이자 지원 등 인구증가를 위한 다양한 정책을 통해 ‘아이 낳아 기르기에 따뜻하고 든든한 옥천’ 조성에 박차를 가하고 있다.
