【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=청주시의회는 의원 연구단체인 ‘청주공항 비상을 바라는 모임’(대표 이한국 의원)은 7월 1일 청주시의회 중회의실에서 연구용역 착수보고회 및 전문가 초청강의를 개최했다. 

이번 보고회는 ‘청주공항을 이용한 전자상거래 물류 활성화 방안 연구’를 주제로, 공항의 물류환경 변화에 대응하고 청주공항의 기능 강화를 위한 실효성 있는 정책 대안을 마련하기 위해 추진됐다. 연구는 항공경영학 박사이자 가톨릭관동대학교 이종성 교수가 책임연구원으로 참여해, 청주공항에 적용 가능한 정책제안에 중점을 두고 수행할 예정이다.

이어 진행된 초청강의에서는 항공화물 및 항공기 운항 분야 전문가인 ㈜ACE익스프레스 최경철 이사, 한국항공안전무인기협회 박세환 운항관리사가 진행했다. 두 강사는 각각 특송업 및 운항관리 분야의 실무 전문가로, 현장 중심의 강의를 제공했다.

이날 행사에는 이한국 의원을 비롯해 연구단체 소속 의원(이예숙‧이화정‧유광욱‧정영석‧한동순‧허철), 전문가, 관계 공무원 등 20여 명이 참석해 자리를 빛냈다.

이한국 대표의원은 "오늘 착수보고회와 초청강의를 통해 청주공항이 전자상거래 물류 거점으로 한 단계 더 도약할 수 있는 가능성을 확인했다"며, "앞으로도 다양한 연구와 정책 간담회를 통해 실현 가능한 방안을 적극 모색해 나가겠다"고 밝혔다.

Airport Logistics Environment Revitalization Research Service Commencement Report Meeting and Invited Lecture Held

Cheongju City Council's research group, 'Cheongju Airport Emergency Hope Group' (Representative: Assemblyman Lee Han-guk), held a research service commencement report meeting and expert invited lecture at the Cheongju City Council conference room on July 1.

This report meeting was held under the theme of 'Research on ways to vitalize e-commerce logistics using Cheongju Airport' and was promoted to prepare effective policy alternatives to respond to changes in the airport logistics environment and strengthen the functions of Cheongju Airport. Professor Lee Jong-seong of Catholic Kwandong University, who holds a doctorate in aviation management, will participate as the chief researcher in the research, and will focus on policy proposals applicable to Cheongju Airport.

The invited lectures that followed were given by Choi Kyung-cheol, director of ACE Express Co., Ltd., and Park Se-hwan, flight management manager of the Korea Aviation Safety Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Association, both of whom are experts in air cargo and aircraft operation. The two lecturers are experts in the field of special delivery and operation management, respectively, and provided lectures centered on the field.

The event was attended by about 20 people, including Rep. Lee Han-guk, members of research groups (Lee Ye-sook, Lee Hwa-jeong, Yoo Gwang-wook, Jeong Yeong-seok, Han Dong-soon, and Heo Cheol), experts, and related public officials, adding to the occasion.
