이날 쌀쌀한 날씨에도 시민과 노동자 등 300여명은 보도블럭에 앉아 촛불과 피켓을 높이들고 민주주의 파괴 윤석열 정권 퇴진과 비정규직 철폐를 외쳤다. 집회는 시간이 갈수록 시민들 참여가 눈에 띄게 늘었다.

행사는 민예총 소속 예술인의 민주주의 갈구하는 춤사위 공연, 시민과 노동자들의 자유발언, 윤석열 정권 규탄과 비정규직 철폐를 외치는 구호가 밤하늘에 메아리 쳤다. 

이후 시민들은 충북도청 서문을 출발해서 육거리시장을 돌아 충북도청까지 행진을 이어가며, 윤석열 탄핵을 거부하는 국민의힘을 향해 민중의 이름으로 엄중한 경고를 보냈다.
