【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=재경충주향우회(회장 변영섭)는 30일 시청 3층 소회의실에서‘충주 시민 참여의 숲’조성을 위한 성금 5백만 원을 기탁했다. 

시민 참여의 숲은 민간단체인 (사)충주숲에서 충북사회복지공동모금회와 함께 수목 또는 기부금 모금을 받아, 호암근린공원 2단계 약 1,500평 부지에 내년 10월까지 조성될 계획이다.

지난 8월 민간단체 대표들로 구성된 시민 참여의 숲 추진위원회(위원장 임청)에서 시민 릴레이 홍보 등 참여 활성화를 위해 왕성한 활동을 펼치고 있다.

Chungju City, Jaegyeong Chungju Hyangwoohoe donates funds to create a forest of citizen participation

On the 30th, Jaegyeong Chungju Hyangwoohoe (Chairman Byun Yeong-seop) donated 5 million won for the creation of a ‘Chungju Citizen Participation Forest’ in a small conference room on the 3rd floor of the city hall.
