【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=청주시의회(의장 김현기)는 행정사무감사를 앞두고 11월 1일부터 11월 13일까지 13일간 시민제보를 접수 받는다. 

2024년 행정사무감사는 청주시의회 제2차 정례회 기간 중 11월 21일부터 11월 29일까지 9일간 진행 될 예정이며, 제보 대상은 행정 전반의 위법·부당한 사항, 예산낭비사례, 제도개선 사항 등으로 제보된 자료는 행정사무감사 자료로 적극 활용되며, 제보된 자료의 소관 상임위원회는 자료를 검토하여 처리결과를 제보자에게 통보할 예정이다.

제보 자료 중 국가사무와 시·도의 사무에 대해 국회가 직접 감사하기로 한 사무, 개인 사생활 침해, 계속 중인 재판 또는 수사 중인 사건의 소추에 관여할 목적인 사항, 다른 기관에서 감사하였거나 감사 중인 사항, 익명으로 제보하는 사항은 제보대상에서 제외된다. 

제보는 홈페이지의 제보서를 작성하여 이메일이나 팩스, 우편을 통해 가능하며, 청주시의회 인터넷 홈페이지의 행정사무감사 제보 게시판을 통해 접수 기간 중 상시 접수도 가능하다.

김현기 의장은 “불합리한 사항이 시정될 수 있도록 시민분들의 많은 관심과 적극적인 참여를 바란다”며 “시민분들의 소중한 의견을 반영해 내실있는 행정사무감사에 임하겠다”고 전했다.
