【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충주시 공동육아 아이들세상 어린이집(대표 이혜미)은 18일 시청 중회의실에서 영유아 부모를 대상으로 부모교육을 진행했다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 아동 놀이에 관심 있는 일반 영유아 부모 50명을 대상으로 진행되었으며, 놀이와 뇌 발달의 관계에 대한 주제로 놀이에 대한 인식 개선을 목표로 개최됐다.

충주 아이들세상 어린이집은 학부모가 직접 조합원이 되어 어린이집 운영에 참여하는 공동육아 어린이집으로서 충주시 2024 아동친화 지원사업 대상으로 선정되어 ‘놀이’에 대한 주제로 다양한 프로그램을 진행하고 있다.

행사에 참석한 한 학부모는 “교육을 통해 아이들의 놀이가 얼마나 중요한지 많이 배울 수 있어서 유익했다”라며“배운 내용을 가정에서 잘 활용하여 자녀를 건강하게 양육하도록 노력하겠다”고 소감을 전했다.

시 관계자는 “부모교육을 통해 부모의 양육능력 향상과 놀이에 대한 인식개선을 하고, 아동들은 가정에서 놀 권리를 충족하며 행복하게 생활하길 희망한다”고 말했다.
