채용신체검사서는 35세 이상일 경우 기본검사 17,700원, 간염 추가 시 24,850원이고, 35세 미만일 경우 기본검사 13,750원, 간염추가 시 20,900원이다. 운전면허 신체 적성 검사는 6,430원, 일반건강진단서(결핵) 7,370원, 일반건강진단서(결핵+간염) 14,520원, 일반건강진단서(결핵+간염+매독) 16,310원으로 변경됐다. 또한, 보건소 방문당 수가는 5,930원으로 변경됐다. 

이는 보건복지부가 고시한 검사수가에 따른 것으로, 160원에서 최대 2,860원 상향조정된 금액이다.

처방전수수료는 일반보험일 경우 500원으로 기존과 동일하다.

시 관계자는 “보건소 진료수가는 보건복지부 고시에 따라 매년 조정되는 부분”이라며, “보건소 이용에 혼선이 없으시기 바란다”고 당부했다.

한편, 청주사랑카드를 소유한 시민은 기숙사 입소 시 필요한 일반건강진단서 수수료를 면제받을 수 있다. 청주사랑카드는 1년 이상 다른 시·군·구에 주민등록을 두고 있다가 청주시로 전입하는 성인에게 발급된다.
