【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=청주대학교(총장 차천수)는 ‘외항사 면접관이 알려주는 외항사 성공 취업전략’ 특강을 진행했다고 22일 밝혔다.

 지난 21일 오후 보건의료과학대학 세미나실에서 열린 이번 특강은 외항사 채용대행사 ‘에어라인 네트워크’ 이응석 대표와 최성희 원장(외항사 면접관)이 참여했다.

 이날 특강을 통해 청주대 항공서비스학과 학생들은 국내뿐 아니라 국외 항공사 취업에도 적극적으로 취업 역량을 키워 객실 승무원으로 진출할 수 있는 발판을 마련했다.

 이번 특강에 참여한 윤소연 학생(항공서비스학과 4학년)은 “어렵게만 느꼈던 외국 항공사 객실 승무원에 대해서도 많은 관심과, 도전해볼 수 있다는 용기가 생겼다”라며 “앞으로 국내·외 모든 항공사에 도전할 수 있도록 더욱 열심히 준비하겠다”고 말했다.

 윤성주 항공서비스학과장은 “이번 특강은 청주대 항공서비스학과 학생들에게 다양한 항공사 채용 정보 제공을 통해 국내·외 다양한 항공사에 미리 준비해 지원할 수 있는 동기를 부여했다”라며 “앞으로 취업과 연계된 전공역량의 지속적 강화를 위해 전공수업 뿐 아니라 비교과 전공역량 강화프로그램(외국어 강화 등)을 진행할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.

 한편 이번 특강에 이어 청주대 항공서비스학과와 에어라인 네트워크는 학생들의 취업과 관련한 다양한 정보 제공 등에 대해 협력키로 하고 산학 업무협약을 체결했다.
