【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=증평군은 혁신으로 발전하는 지역사회 만들기를 위한 ‘혁신 역량강화’를 추진한다고 밝혔다.

혁신으로 발전하는 지역사회 만들기는 주민과 함께 지역사회 혁신 지원을 위한 재원 조성, 주민편익 증진을 위한 사업을 함께 조성해 나가는 사업이다. 

지난해 증평군은 군정 혁신의 일환으로 기성세대와 MZ세대 간의 갈등을 해소하고 유연한 조직문화를 만들기 위해서 세대공감 데이트, 명사 특강 등을 통해 혁신의 열기를 군정 전반에 불어넣고자 노력했다.

올해는 민선 6기 2년 차에 접어들면서 주민과의 소통과 강화하여 지역주민이 정책에 직접 참여할 수 있도록 하여 함께 만들어가는 지역사회 만들기를 중점 실시할 예정이다. 

이를 위해 3월 말에는 주요 현안사업을 담당하는 직원들을 대상으로‘역량강화 워크숍’을 진행하여 지방재정 변화와 건전재정 운영, 증평군 역사 바로알기, 주민참여예산제 현황과 발전 방향에 대해 특강을 실시하며 좋은 정보는 타 부서 직원들과 함께 공유하고 전파하여 군민중심의 증평 실현에 앞장설 계획이다.

군 관계자는“올해에도 혁신으로 발전하는 지역사회 만들기 워크숍 등 다양한 사업을 시행하여 직원들의 혁신역량을 강화하고 신규사업 발굴로 군민중심의 더 큰 증평, 더 강한 증평을 만들겠다”고 말했다.
