2위의 남상문 후보는 득표수 177, 득표율 30.46%, 가감산 반영 20%, 최종득표율 36.55%를, 3위의 최충진 후보는 득표수 148, 득표율 25.47%, 최종득표율 25.47%에 그쳤다.

이로써 4.5재보선 기초의원 청주시 나선거구는 이미 확정된 국민의힘 이상조 후보와 민주당 박한상 후보 간 경합이 예상된다.
