【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북 옥천군은 비장애인과 차별 없는 평생학습 보장을 위한 ‘장애인 평생학습 지원사업’ 참여자 신청을 3월 6일부터 16일까지 받는다. 

교육 기관 방문이 어려운 장애인들에게 찾아가는 서비스를 제공하며, 장애인의 평생학습을 보장하고 건강한 여가 문화생활을 도모하고자 최대 20강좌를 지원할 예정이다. 

신청 대상은 옥천군에 거주하는 20세 이상 성인 장애인 또는 사업장 주소가 옥천군 소재인 시설 및 단체이며, 2강좌까지 신청이 가능하다.

강좌 신청시 강사를 지원하며 수강료 무료이다. 교육 장소는 신청자가 선정하고 소유주나 관리자에게 승인을 받아야 한다. 

프로그램 지원주제는 기초문해, 학력보완, 직업능력, 문화예술, 인문교양 등 이며, 장애인 평생교육 강사는 주 강사와 보조강사 2인으로 구성해 장애인의 평생학습이 효율적으로 운영될 수 있도록 진행한다

황규철 옥천군수는 “장애인이 평생학습으로 소외되지 않도록 앞으로 더욱 많은 프로그램을 개발하여 추진하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Okcheon-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do accepts applications from March 6th to 16th for participants in the 'Lifelong Learning Support Project for Disabled Persons' to guarantee lifelong learning without discrimination against non-disabled people.

It provides visiting services for people with disabilities who have difficulty visiting educational institutions, and plans to support up to 20 classes to guarantee lifelong learning and promote healthy leisure and cultural life for people with disabilities.

Eligible applicants are adults with disabilities aged 20 or older residing in Okcheon-gun, or facilities and organizations whose business address is located in Okcheon-gun, and can apply for up to two classes.

Instructors are supported when registering for courses, and tuition is free. The training location must be selected by the applicant and approved by the owner or manager.

Program support subjects include basic literacy, academic ability supplementation, vocational ability, culture and arts, and liberal arts, and lifelong education instructors for the disabled are composed of a main instructor and two assistant instructors so that lifelong learning of the disabled can be operated efficiently.
