【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북경찰청(청장 정용근)은 올해 2월부터 5월 말까지 100일간 특별단속을 벌여 국가핵심기술유출사범을 검거했다고 밝혔다.

 충북경찰청은 피해 회사에서 약 10년간 개발업무에 종사하였던 피의자(남, 36세)가 2021년 6월경 경쟁업체에 이직할 목적으로 피해 회사의 핵심기술 자료를 무단으로 갈무리한 후 이미지 파일을 생성해 개인 전자우편으로 전송한 피의자를 산업기술의 유출방지 및 보호에 관한 법률 위반으로 검거 송치했다. 

이외에도 산업기술의 유출방지 및 보호에 관한 법률, 부정경쟁방지 및 영업비밀보호에 관한 법률 위반으로 현재 4건을 수사 중에 있다고 전했다.

  충북경찰청은 “10월말까지 특별단속으로 산업기술 유출 사범을 엄정 단속해 반도체·2차전지등 국내 기업의 핵심기술을 보호하겠다”고 밝혔다.
